Event Setup Basics
Create your event
Start by creating a new event in the dashboard, naming it clearly, and choosing the floor language your speakers will use on stage or in the stream.
Prepare your source audio
Use a clean microphone or mixer feed whenever possible. The better the source audio, the faster and more accurate the real-time transcription and translation pipeline will be.
Configure the event flow
Set the event timing, confirm your audience access method, and review your translation output before going live so operators and presenters know exactly what to expect.
Run a quick rehearsal
A short rehearsal helps verify audio routing, language selection, caption styling, and access links before attendees arrive.
